1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below:

• "Goldyears", "we", "us", "our" — Goldyears, located at 58 Wireless Road, Lumphini, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.
• "Session" or "Service" — any educational workshop, seminar, or information programme offered by Goldyears, whether delivered in person or remotely.
• "Participant" or "you" — any individual who registers for, attends, or uses materials provided by a Goldyears session.
• "Employer Client" — a company or organisation that engages Goldyears for the Group Information Programme for Employers.
• "Materials" — reading packs, checklists, templates, presentation slides, or any other content provided by Goldyears in connection with a session.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any session confirmation or booking acknowledgement we issue.
• "Website" — the Goldyears website at goldyearsag.live.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Goldyears session, attending a session, or downloading or using any materials we provide, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are registering on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please do not register for or attend our sessions.

3. Service Description

Goldyears provides educational workshops and information sessions relating to retirement and pension structures in Thailand. Our current sessions are:

• Retirement-System Orientation Seminar — a plain-language group session covering general structures, common documents, and publicly available information sources. ฿3,400 per person.
• Document Organisation Workshop — an administrative session covering record-gathering, labelling, and storage. Includes reusable checklists and folder templates. ฿6,800 per person.
• Group Information Programme for Employers — a multi-session programme for HR teams, covering process and communication of general retirement-benefit information. ฿11,200 per programme.

All sessions are educational and informational only. Goldyears does not provide personal financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Nothing communicated in any session constitutes professional advice of any kind.

Sessions are delivered in Bangkok, Thailand, and are primarily intended for participants based in or connected with Thailand. We reserve the right to decline registrations where delivery cannot reasonably be arranged.

4. Enrolment & Attendance

Registration

To attend a session, you must complete the registration process via our website or by contacting us directly. Registration is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.

Session dates

Session dates and venues are indicated at the time of booking. We may, on occasion, need to adjust scheduled dates. Where this occurs, we will notify registered participants as early as possible and offer an alternative date or a refund.

Attendance

Sessions have a set duration and agenda. Participants are encouraged to arrive on time. Materials are provided for educational reference and may not fully substitute for in-person attendance at a session.

Group programmes

For Employer Clients, the number of sessions, scheduling, and delivery format will be agreed in writing before commencement of the programme.

5. Participant Responsibilities

By attending or registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect throughout each session.
• Not record, photograph, or redistribute session content without our prior written permission.
• Use materials provided solely for your own personal reference or, in the case of Employer Clients, for internal communication with your own staff as described in the programme scope.
• Refrain from using the Website or materials for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All session content, materials, slides, checklists, and Website content are the intellectual property of Goldyears or our content partners and are protected by applicable Thai and international copyright law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use session materials for your personal reference. Employer Clients receive a licence to use presentation materials for internal staff communication within their organisation only. Neither licence permits redistribution, sale, sub-licensing, or public reproduction of our materials.

The Goldyears name, logo, and any associated marks are our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Payment Terms

Fees

All session fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due prior to the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing (Employer Clients may be invoiced under separate commercial terms).

Payment methods

We accept bank transfer and any additional methods confirmed at the time of registration. Details are provided in your booking confirmation.

Receipts

A receipt or tax invoice will be issued on request following receipt of payment. Please indicate at registration if a formal tax invoice is required.

Refunds

If you cancel more than seven calendar days before the session date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within seven calendar days of the session date are non-refundable, though we will offer a transfer to an alternative date where places are available. If Goldyears cancels or reschedules a session, a full refund will be provided. See Section 8 for further detail.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

By you

• More than 7 days before: full refund, processed within 10 working days.
• Within 7 days: no refund, but we will transfer your place to a future session on request.
• No-show: no refund or transfer is available unless extenuating circumstances are communicated in advance.

By Goldyears

If we cancel a session for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund within 10 working days. We will notify participants of any cancellation as early as practicable.

Employer programmes

Cancellation terms for the Group Information Programme for Employers are detailed in the written agreement between Goldyears and the Employer Client.

9. Disclaimers

All sessions and materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, accounting, tax, or any other form of professional advice.

Information presented in sessions draws on publicly available sources and general educational content. Regulatory frameworks, policy details, and administrative processes may change; participants should verify any information relevant to their own situation with an appropriately qualified professional or with the relevant Thai government body.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness of any session content or material for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Goldyears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your attendance at a session or use of any materials, including but not limited to financial decisions made on the basis of session content.

Our total aggregate liability to any participant in respect of any claim arising from a session shall not exceed the fee paid by that participant for the session in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Goldyears, its staff, and facilitators harmless from any claim, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any materials, or any action you take in reliance on session content without obtaining appropriate professional advice.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a session, or decline a future registration, if their conduct disrupts the session or is disrespectful to facilitators or other participants. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Either party may end a booking arrangement at any time, subject to the refund and cancellation provisions in Section 8. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination of this Agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally and promptly.

If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with any session confirmation issued to you, constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of that session.
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: we may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another party without notice. You may not transfer your registration or session place without our prior written consent.
• Notices: notices from you to us should be sent to [email protected]. Notices from us to you will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our sessions, pricing, or applicable law. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We will notify registered participants of material changes by email.

Continuing to use our Website or attending a session after a change has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
